Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 8. My question is about the mail app and windows 8. Okay, I recently upgraded to 8. Now, when I click on my mail app I am asked to log in.
Okay, I log into the app I opt to log directly into the app, rather than opting to use a windows live id to log into my pc. Now, I find that the mail app isn't like it was with 8. I set it up adding my various email accounts. Then when I went offline and came back online, I found that the mail app obviously didn't save all my changes.
I have to start all over every time. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to make the mail app save changes without having to sign in to my pc with a windows id? Thank You, Mike.
